Can I return a product after i’ve purchased it?

Unfortunately, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.  Because all our orders are printed on demand, we can’t offer exchanges for incorrect sizes.  Please pay careful attention to the size guides when buying.

But if you did get the wrong size and you think it is an error on our part, let us know and we can try to figure something out!.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.  


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info.mundomalo@gmail.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.mundomalo@gmail.com we’ll advise you of the return address.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Why have some items disappeared from my shopping cart?

There can sometimes be issues if you’ve added some items to the cart from the Spanish side of the website and others from the English side.  Some products have automated features that don’t carry between the two.  Be sure to stick to your chosen language throughout the shopping and checkout please.

How long will delivery take?

Most products are sent from Spain, and usually are dispatched within 2 or 3 working days.  Others might be sent from different destinations so can take longer.  And Covid is only complicating matters!  You’ll be advised of estimated delivery time during the checkout process.

How do I send a gift to one of my friends?

It’s as easy as going through the checkout process and you’ll be given the option to enter your billing address (needed for payment) and a different shipping address for the gift to be sent to.

How do I send lots of cards or gifts to different friends?

For this you’ll want to create an account.  It’s easy enough to do.  Then add as many shipping addresses as you’d like into your account.

When shopping, simply add all of the items that you’d like to buy into the shopping cart, and as you proceed through the checkout you can decide which items are sent to the contacts saved in your address book.

How much will the shipping cost me?

Shipping costs vary depending on the items you’re buying.

The shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.  The more items being delivered to the same address, the cheaper it is per item.  

Items being sent to different addresses are seen as independent shipping exercises.  Some items are shipped from different destinations so it might not reduce the cost when buying several different items.

How long in advance should I order my cards?

As soon as you like!  You have the option of entering a “don’t open until…” date on the envelope / package.

Under normal circumstances goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order

For postage you can choose between normal and priority.  Delivery times are dependent on Correos.

All orders for greetings cards with destinations within Spain are shipped using the Correos. Please visit their website for their timescales: https://www.correos.es/

Shipments of other products or destinations may use alternative couriers.

Choose the card size depending on who’s going to receive it and how important they are to you!

What if I didn’t receive my product?

Our shipments are usually dispatched with tracking.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
